Resuscitation: Cryoprecipitate
Cryoprecipitate:
- Contains Factor VIII, fibrinogen and von Willebrand factor.
Indications:
- Microvascular bleeding or massive blood loss in patients AND fibrinogen < 1 g/L OR if fibrinogen < 2 g/L in life threatening bleed.
- Willebrand disease or Hemophilia A, ONLY if factor concentrates are not available.
